Initially, the journey of simply gaining the opportunity to come to Canada can be hard. The exhausting flight and subsequent jet lag mark just the start of the adventure. Finding a place to live becomes a daunting task, with seemingly no one willing to rent an apartment. The groceries can cost like a summer vacation. Job applications go unanswered, adding to the overwhelming feeling.
However, in the midst of this overwhelming situation, seeking advice becomes crucial. This is where CCIS comes into play, reminding newcomers that they are not alone. It is reassuring to discover that even those who have lived in Canada for decades faced similar challenges upon their arrival.
